Steve Olmstead - President and Chief Executive Officer
Steve Olmstead has been President and CEO of Clarion since 2006. Mr. Olmstead has managed and been a board member of a number of companies, including Clarion since 2004. He served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and Board Memeber of Indian Head Industries which operated six plants in Canada and Europe with annual revenues of $110M. Additionally, Steve has operated a consulting firm specializing in financially troubled businesses serving in multiple capacities including: interim President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Olmstead received his MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Michigan and his BBA from Western Michigan University in finance and economics.

Robert Bronsink - Chief Financial Officer
Robert Bronsink has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2007. From March 2000 to March 2007, Mr. Bronsink served as General Manager for various Clarion plant locations. From April 1991 to March 2000, Mr. Bronsink served in various Engineering and General Manager positions at Drake Products Corporation.

John Brownlow - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Brownlow has served as Chief Operating Officer since January of 2007. Prior to this role, Brownlow has served multiple capacities with Clarion including: Vice President of Sales from September of 2001 to December 2006, Plant Manager of Caledonia Manufacturing Facility, and Director of Corporate Purchasing from November 2001 to September 2001. Before joining Clarion, Mr. Brownlow was General Manager of Progressive Metal Manufacturing, Ferndale, Michigan, serving the automotive, heavy truck and defense industries.
